AREQEN is a trading name of Areqen Limited, a private company limited by shares registered in Ireland, company number 828228. Areqen Limited is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Questions about your data go to ahmed@areqen.ie.

Only what you send us. The contact form asks for your name, email address, the service you are interested in, a budget range and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you write. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites.

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, deliver the work. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We never sell your data or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Form messages are emailed to the AREQEN team through our web host’s mail service. We share data only with providers we need to run the business, such as hosting and email, and only under terms that protect it.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as Irish law requires for tax and company records.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy. Email ahmed@areqen.ie and we will reply within one month. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
