Nikhil Upadhyay
Co-Founder, Data Science
A data scientist with a First Class Honours MSc in Business Analytics from Dublin Business School. Nikhil builds AI agents, analytics products and automation, and publishes independent AI research. At AREQEN he leads the build: the products, the pipelines and the dashboards that prove they work.
How a project runs.
Four stages, one fixed quote, and a working link from the first week of build.
- Week 1
Discover
We learn how the business makes money, where time is lost and what success should look like in numbers. You leave with a scoped plan and a fixed quote.
- Weeks 2–3
Design
Flows, wireframes and visual design for the product, plus the data model and tracking plan that will measure it. Nothing is built until you sign off.
- Weeks 3–8
Build
Short sprints with a working link every week. Websites, apps, automations and dashboards built on modern, well-supported tools you will own outright.
- Ongoing
Measure
After launch we report against the KPIs agreed in week one, then improve whatever moves them most. If a feature is not paying for itself, we say so.
